Refund and Returns Policy

At Shopwice, we prioritize customer satisfaction with every purchase. While we aim to provide exceptional value, we recognize that there may be instances where you are not completely satisfied. Our refund policy is designed to address issues such as receiving a wrong, damaged, or incorrect item, ensuring that you can shop with confidence. Your satisfaction is of utmost importance to us.

Our refund and return policy is valid for 30 days. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, we are unable to offer a full refund or exchange. To qualify for a refund, the product must be in its original packaging, unused, and the same condition as when you received it. Please note that certain items are exempt from returns, including perishable goods like food, flowers, newspapers, and magazines. Additionally, we cannot accept returns for intimate or sanitary items, hazardous materials, or flammable liquids or gases.

Items That Cannot Be Returned

  • Used or not in the same condition and packaging as you received it.
  • Specific categories like innerwear, lingerie, beauty products, perfumes/deodorant, pants, socks and clothing freebies, grocery & gourmet, jewelry and pet supplies, etc.
  • Items that have been used or installed.
  • Products that have been tampered with or missing serial numbers.
  • Products with missing labels or accessories.
  • Digital products.
  • Delivered the same product as ordered.

Important Notes

  • If you received an item damaged or incorrect then we may request you to share pictures or a video with us on WhatsApp. The link to upload pictures and videos will be given to you by us.
  • If you received a damaged item then you will have to inform us immediately after you receive the parcel.
  • Please make sure that all returned items are packed securely to prevent any loss or damage during transit.

Additional non-returnable items:

  • Gift cards
  • Downloadable software products
  • Some health and personal care items

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.

Partial Refunds

There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted:

  • Book with obvious signs of use, CD, DVD, VHS tape, software, video game, cassette tape, or vinyl record that has been opened.
  • Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
  • Any item that is returned more than 7 days after delivery.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven't received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company - it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. If you've done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us.

Sale Items

Only regular-priced items may be refunded. Sale items cannot be refunded.

Size Too Small or Too Big

Unless stated otherwise on the product page, all orders with sizes that are either too small or big shall not be returned. Check the product page to see if you're supposed to size up or down for the best fit. When your shoe or clothing size is too small for you, we shall exchange the right size for you.

Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective, damaged, or the size does not fit (in the case of shoes and clothes). If you need to exchange it for the same item, send an email to info@shopwice.com and send your item to us at Kokomlemle.

Gifts

If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you'll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.

If the item wasn't marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and they will find out about your return.

Shipping Returns

To return your product, you should contact us and we will arrange a time and day for the exchange at Kokomlemle. You will be responsible for paying for the shipping costs for returning the item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund. Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.
